Tel Aviv Heat Office Manager

The Tel Aviv Heat is seeking an Office Manager who will ensure the organization operates efficiently with robust processes, transparent information flow, agility, innovation, and cost effectiveness.

 

The Role:

  • The Office Manager performs a range of tasks in support of priorities set by the Operations Manager

  • To manage on-boarding of new staff, scheduling and maintenance of facilities, ordering from external vendors, scheduling and follow-up for internal meetings and tasks, invoicing, and payroll

  • To cultivate strong relationships with a range of external stakeholders, including third-party providers of housing, transportation, food, and events

  • This position reports to the Operations Manager and will manage the Internship Program.

 

 The successful candidate will:

  • Thrive within a startup environment characterized by ambiguity, pace, and flexibility

  • Work well with others from diverse backgrounds while managing time and tasks independently

  • Speak Hebrew and English fluently

  • Demonstrate good communication skills, including proficiency with Google Suite

  • Proactively solve problems with sound judgment, attention to detail, and

 

Additional information:

  • Starting Date: June 15

  • Time commitment: Part-time. Hours will fluctuate before/after Rugby Europe Super Cup

  • Salary: To be negotiated, depending on experience/skill of candidate

  • Location: Hybrid – remote with occasional time in office at Wingate Institute, Netanya
