Tel Aviv Heat Office Manager
The Tel Aviv Heat is seeking an Office Manager who will ensure the organization operates efficiently with robust processes, transparent information flow, agility, innovation, and cost effectiveness.
The Role:

The Office Manager performs a range of tasks in support of priorities set by the Operations Manager

To manage on-boarding of new staff, scheduling and maintenance of facilities, ordering from external vendors, scheduling and follow-up for internal meetings and tasks, invoicing, and payroll

To cultivate strong relationships with a range of external stakeholders, including third-party providers of housing, transportation, food, and events

This position reports to the Operations Manager and will manage the Internship Program.

Time commitment: Part-time. Hours will fluctuate before/after Rugby Europe Super Cup
